For authors seeking a more immersive and visually striking unique interior (perfect for special editions or to surprise your readers) our Deluxe Formatting option delivers custom design elements that elevate your book’s presentation.

Deluxe services include:

  • Custom Chapter Headers & Scene Breaks – Designed to match your book cover for a cohesive reading experience.

  • Full-Spread Designs (colored pages with white text):

    • + $50 per 3 pages includes a title page, one full-spread chapter, and one half-page design in the client’s color of choice.

    • Full book in colored pages: Standard word count fee (as listed above) + $75 additional fee

Client (Starter Package) Instructions:

To ensure a smooth and efficient formatting process, please provide the following via email:

  1. Your Manuscript – submit a Word Document (.docx) organized in your preferred order. Separate each chapter with a page break or double spacing.

  2. Ebook Cover – Attach your book cover.

  3. Fonts Used in Cover – Only if Under Cover Designs did not create your cover. (If unknown, we’ll find a close match.)

  4. Chapter Break Image – If you’d like a specific object/design for scene breaks, please mention this (optional) or designer will use one that matches the story.

  5. Deadline – Let us know when you need the formatting completed.

📌 Revisions Policy: If your manuscript requires multiple edits after the formatted files are sent, additional charges may apply. Minor corrections are included at no extra cost.

  • Manuscript word count

  • Deadline for completion

    2. Once we agree on the project scope, we’ll request you to send the “Client Starter Package” and we will send a PayPal invoice for payment.

    3. After receiving your payment, we’ll begin working on your formatting.

Turnaround Time:

  • Standard: 48-72 hours per book (or up to 5 business days for projects over 300K words).

  • Rush Order: Need your files in less than 1 business day? We offer expedited service for an additional fee—contact us for details.

  • Paperbacks: Turnaround time varies based on design complexity—simple layouts may take a few days, while custom designs can take up to 1 week.

Deadline Requests: To ensure timely delivery, we ask clients to provide a deadline or an approximate date for when the files are needed. The earlier the order, the better—all turnaround times are approximate and depend on the designer's current schedule.
